The City Bridge Trust (CBT) is inviting applications for the Transition Funding Programme.
Transition Funding programme strands
- Connecting the Capital
- Voice and leadership
- Growing, greening and environmental projects
- Arts, sports, health and/or well-being projects for D/deaf and disabled people
- (Note there is an open funding stream with the same name in their Small Grants Programme. Transition funding is specifically for those organisations which do not meet their Small Grants criteria and would have applied for this strand under their Connecting the Capital programme).
- Arts, sports, health and/or well-being projects for older people
- Positive Transitions
- Specialist support services working with children and young people: affected by domestic abuse; with mental health needs; in care moving into adulthood; who are disabled transitioning into adulthood; who are carers
- Specialist support services for older people, including people with dementia, to increase choice and control in their lives
- Services which improve the accessibility and range of mental health support and services for people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness or are vulnerably housed
Funding Information
The maximum grant is £50,000 per annum.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible your organisation must be one of the following:
- Registered charity
- Registered Community Interest Company
- Registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation
- Charitable companyA “Charitable company” refers to an organisation which is both a registered company (normally a private company limited by guarantee) and a registered charity (all charities with an income over £5,000 p.a. being required to register with the Charity Commission)
- Exempt or excepted charity
- Registered charitable industrial and provident society or charitable Bencom
