The City of Tulsa has launched a Request for Proposals (RFP) process to award up to $6.5 million in grants from COVID-19 relief funding to help local nonprofits address the effects of the pandemic.
Categories
Proposals should focus upon at least one of the following category areas:
- Potential Grant Recipients (non-exclusive): Social Service Providers, Health Providers, Health Support Organizations, and Economic Development Support Organizations.
- Potential Grant Recipients (non-exclusive): Social Service Providers, Health Providers, Health Support Organizations, and Economic Development Support Organizations.
- Potential Grant Recipients (non-exclusive): Entrepreneurial and Small Business Support Organizations, Workforce Development Providers, Education Providers, particularly those focused on vulnerable and historically underinvested communities.
Who can apply?
- This RFP is only open to 501(c) 3 nonprofit organizations that are registered with the State of Oklahoma. Applicants must have local resources to deliver services to Tulsans.
Evaluation Process
- Proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria: project impact, fiscal and performance accountability and organizational qualifications and experience.
- Final award determinations will be made by the City Council and Mayor.
