The Northern New York Community Foundation is pleased to launch the Clifton-Fine Community Fund to enhance the quality of life for year-round and seasonal residents in the Clifton-Fine region, which includes the communities of Clifton, Cranberry Lake, Fine, Newton Falls, Oswegatchie, Star Lake and Wanakena.
Proposals will be evaluated for impact on the community, economy and tourism; ability to leverage and secure additional funding; innovative and creative solutions to regional challenges; organization’s ability to implement and steward the request; and overall support from the community.

- Up to a total of $6,000 is available for this grant application.
Communities Served: Clifton, Cranberry Lake, Fine, Newton Falls, Oswegatchie, Star Lake and Wanakena.
Eligibility Criteria
- Grants can only be paid to a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit or to a public entity, such as a municipality. If your organization does not have this classification, you may partner with an eligible nonprofit organization, municipality, or entity to serve as your fiscal sponsor. Agencies seeking funding through this funding opportunity must confirm partnership with an eligible nonprofit organization or fiscal sponsor at the time a grant proposal is submitted.
