The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRFA) is pleased to announce the Community Development Partnership Program (CDPP) to help local governments, emergency responders and nonprofit organizations fund capital improvement projects that might otherwise not be possible.
- Organizations in all or part of the following counties are eligible for CDPP grants: Aransas, Austin, Bandera, Bastrop, Blanco, Brown, Burleson, Burnet, Caldwell, Callahan, Cameron, Coke, Coleman, Colorado, Comal, Concho, Coryell, Crane, Crockett, Culberson, DeWitt, Dimmit, Eastland, Ector, Edwards, Fayette, Gillespie, Goliad, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Hamilton, Harris, Hays, Hidalgo, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Kinney, Lampasas, Lavaca, Lee, Llano, Mason, Matagorda, Maverick, McCulloch, Medina, Menard, Midland, Mills, Nolan, Nueces, Pecos, Real, San Patricio, San Saba, Schleicher, Starr, Sterling, Sutton, Taylor, Terrell, Tom Green, Travis, Upton, Uvalde, Val Verde, Waller, Washington, Wharton, Williamson and Zavala.
- The physical address of the project must be in LCRA’s service area.
- The grant recipient must post signage that clearly, permanently and publicly acknowledges the sponsorship of LCRA and LCRA’s wholesale electric customer serving the recipient’s area, if applicable.
- The project must be maintained for the public purpose for which the grant was awarded.
- Grant applications must be signed by the chief executive administrator or officer of the organization requesting the grant.
- Upon completion of the project, the grant recipient must submit a notarized completion report with photographs of the finished project and the signage.
