Expected Results
- For the exercise of prioritizing interventions included in the contingency agreement, the framework is taken from the activities proposed for UNICEF Colombia’s Humanitarian Action for Children (HAC), and a minimum package of humanitarian services that are guided by the Fundamental Commitments for Children (CCC), and based on existing practices and efforts, previous experiences within the country, such as the response to floods in La Guajira and Chocó, the response to the displacement emergency in Arauca, Cauca and Catatumbo, and the response to children on the move in border offices with special emphasis on the deployment of interventions in Necoclí.
- The services are aimed at responding to the most urgent needs of children, adolescents and families affected by emergencies, which includes a small set of the most critical humanitarian services to respond to the most urgent needs in the first weeks of the emergency, which must be defined in line with situation analysis exercises and response coordination frameworks established by local and national authorities, in coordination with humanitarian coordination structures in the territory.
Selection Criteria
- Justification of the experience and presence in the territory of the organization in front of the object of the project.
- Relevance of the proposal to achieve the expected result.
- Clarity of activities and expected results. Technical proposal that includes: Work axes, work methodology that includes the activities realistic proposals, schedules and work plans, added value of the proposal, sustainability of the intervention, results and products. Thusas evidence of the organization’s responsiveness to staffing, access and security considerations, provision of supplies and tools in the shortest possible time.
- Experience in implementing actions against PSEA, communication community and AAP at the community level.
