The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has announced a call for applications for the Conservation Reserve Program Technical Assistance Projects to stimulate the development and adoption of conservation approaches and technologies through conservation technical assistance.
Applications will only be accepted for the following initiatives:
- Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) Planning and Certification
- Provide technical assistance for field reviews, status reviews, and conservation plan development.
- Provided technical assistance is targeted to administrative and field work assistance to complete CRP conservation plans, CRP conservation practice certification, CRP status reviews and CRP conservation plan modifications.

- Estimated Total Program Funding: $1,500,000
- Award Ceiling: $500,000
- Award Floor: $200,000
Eligibility Criteria
- Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities
- For profit organizations other than small businesses
- Special district governments
- Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
- Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments)
- Individuals
- City or township governments
- State governments
- County governments
- Small businesses
