The UK Department for International Development (DFID) is inviting interested suppliers to join us for an Early Market Engagement day for the fund management services of the second phase of the Trade Advocacy Fund. DFID is seeking marketplace views on a proposed second phase of the Trade Advocacy Fund (TAF) Programme.
Marketplace research will help inform DFID’s design of a business case for phase 2 of the Trade Advocacy Fund.
The supplier day will be held at DFID Whitehall Offices on the 31st of July 2015 from 10:30 – 12:00pm.
Objectives
Trade Advocacy Fund will help LDCs, LICs, Regional Economic Communities (RECs) and other member institutions access:
- high quality technical and legal advice;
- training and development for trade negotiators;
- limited logistical support (flights, accommodation, translation, etc.) to participate in negotiations and key policy meetings.
