The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy in Santo Domingo has announced an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a virtual or hybrid exchange program focused on the U.S. Embassy integrated country strategy goals including gender-based violence, public health, environment, climate change, energy, democracy, transparency, citizen security, LGBTQI rights, and access to education for vulnerable populations and leadership development for vulnerable youth.

- Award amounts: awards may range from a minimum of $5000 to a maximum of $25000
- Number of awards anticipated: 2-3 awards (based on availability of funds)
- Length of performance period: Up to 12 months
- Anticipated program start date: 07-01-2021
- Not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental organizations
