The Hamilton Community Foundation is inviting applications for the Dougher Community Fund to support and enhance services and facilities offered in the area formerly known as the Town of Dundas.
Priorities
- Applications will be considered in the following areas:
- Supports and services for seniors/persons with disabilities
- Poverty alleviation
- Youth engagement and support
- Environmental issues
- Accessibility to the arts
Funding Information
- Amount available for distribution out to the community: $135,000
- Grants generally range from $10,000 – $15,000
Criteria
- Programs/services must be provided within the boundaries of the Town of Dundas.
Ineligible
- Grant funds are not available to support:
- Individuals
- endowment funds
- deficit financing
- conferences and seminars
- capital campaigns
