- Grants must provide direct benefits to children. No support for construction costs, capital improvements, or other indirect expenses.

- The average number of grants per year: 1-2
- Average total giving per year: $4,500
Requirements
- To be eligible, organizations must qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
- Applications must be submitted through the online grant application form or alternative accessible application designed for assistive technology users.
Limitations

Grants must provide direct benefits to children. The foundation does not fund requests for:
- Construction costs
- Capital improvements
- Expenses that do not directly benefit children
