The Global Environment Facility Small Grants Program (GEF SGP) is a development program that aims to “build a sustainable world.”
By providing financial and technical support to those who are poor and needy, the small business sector is improving (SBI) the well-being and livelihoods of its people. The Small Business Initiative is a community-based initiative that can achieve a better balance between people’s livelihoods and the economy.
The Small Grants Programme (SGP) of the Global Environment Facility (GEF) implements the GEF Development Partnership, a six-year programme that provides small grants to developing countries that are developing their own economies and are developing their own economies.
The Small Grants Programme (SGP) is a partnership between the Government of Myanmar and the Government of Cambodia, which is responsible for implementing 21,600 projects in 125 countries with a total grant of 542 million USD.
Funding Information
- Grants of up to US$ 50,000 per project are available and distributed on a competitive basis.
Eligibility Criteria
- UNDP Cambodia would like to invite local NGOs and CBOs working on sustainable landscape management, Climate Change Adaptation, and poverty reduction in all villages, communes, and districts located inside the Stung Siem Reap Watershed landscape in Siem Reap province, Cambodia, to submit their project proposal for the grants.
