Deadline: 05-Jul-21
The SembraMedia is offering Google News Initiative Startups Lab Hispanoamérica to support the development of journalistic ventures and promote the personal growth of its members.
SembraMedia seeks to accompany independent Spanish-speaking digital native media in Latin America that serve their communities. They want to strengthen those projects that broaden the national and international agenda, that represent different voices and that give visibility to communities that are often relegated to the public agenda.
During the program, digital media will create strategies to strengthen their business models, expand knowledge about their audiences, and innovate in working with their teams.
Tasks
- Carry out a diagnosis of the environment.
- Develop an action plan for the program to be agreed with the supported environment.
- Provide an analytical measurement tool that can be adjusted to the project.
- Coordinate tactical consultancies so that the medium can advance in the underpinning of its area of sustainability, leadership, team building, marketing, accounting and other areas identified by the strategic consultant in the diagnosis of the environment.
- Review financial and analytical reports on a monthly basis with the media in order to monitor fluctuations and results of experiments and initiatives carried out within the framework of the program.
