- Developing relations between Russia and countries of the Middle East and Africa.
- Enhancing cooperation between Russia and Latin America in the changing world order.
- Russia and the Balkans: modern strategies for cooperation.
- Prospects of maintaining dialogue with the Fund’s Western partners.
- A new emerging world order in the context of increasing global instability.
- Advancing science and digital diplomacy in contemporary international relations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Russian, foreign and international non-profit and non-governmental organizations and partnerships, civil society organizations and associations may apply for the grants. Their activities should be associated with foreign policy and international relations.
