The Newfoundland Labrador Canada has announced Grants to Youth Organizations 2022-2023 program that provides special project funding to youth-serving organizations operating in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Funding Information
- $451,500 is available in grant funding. The maximum amount any one organization can receive is $50,000.
Evaluation Criteria
Projects are evaluated using the following criteria:
- Encourage skills, knowledge and/or leadership development;
- Support youth in contributing to their community, region and/or province;
- Enhance, promote or support partnerships, collaboration or inclusion;
- Fill a gap in services; and
- Provide opportunities for intergenerational activities that help build relationships between generations.
Ineligible Funding
Grant funding is not available for the following:
- Projects whose primary purpose is to fund a travel experience.
- Projects led by individuals, rather than organizations.
