Under the Spotlight Initiative, UN Women MCO- Caribbean invites proposals for Small Grants Program from eligible Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) based in Grenada to implement advocacy campaigns developed by the community that are evidence-based, theory driven, culturally relevant, strategic and sustainable, to promote positive social norms and practices on gender equality, healthy relationships, masculinities and non-violent parenting, and increase positive community responses to incidents of family and sexual violence.
For all workshops, training and activities involving direct beneficiaries, Implementing Partners must produce:
- Event Report
- Participant Register
- Participant Feedback Form (in draft will be piloted and shared)
- Pictures/Videos – group & interactive (including participants & presenters)
- Media Release Form required for programme participants e.g. children, direct beneficiaries (survivors or vulnerable groups)
Funding Information
- 2 Grants at USD 17,000 equivalent each.
- The expected duration of this partnership is from 28 June – 31 December 2021.

Eligibility Criteria
- Technical/functional competencies required:
- Implementing Partners must be a Registered Non-Governmental Organization.
- At least 5 years’ experience implementing initiatives on gender equality and women’s rights, including the elimination of violence against women.
- At least 5 years’ experience producing knowledge products and research on violence against women
- At least 5 years’ experience working in Grenada.
- Other competencies, which while not required, can be an asset for the performance of services
- Previous experience working with the United Nations.
