The Nantahala Health Foundation has announced applications for NIMble Grants Program to support one-time critical purchases, immediate needs for stabilization or crisis response, and/or innovative opportunities related to addressing the social determinants of health as a way to improve health and wellness outcomes throughout their region.
Nantahala Health Foundation seeks to be a catalyst for community initiatives designed to improve the health and wellbeing of all individuals living, learning, working, and thriving in their region. They offer grants and other opportunities to organizational leaders who dare to dream of innovative, collaborative solutions designed to build a healthy community.

- Nantahala Health Foundation’s Needs Immediately Met, or NIMble, grants of up to $10,000 will be awarded.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nantahala Health Foundation, a public 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was created to advance the efforts of improving the health and wellness in the lives of those living in the six-county, westernmost region of North Carolina.
- This area includes Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Jackson, Macon, and Swain counties, as well as the Qualla Boundary.
