The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) seeks applications for funding for the fiscal year (FY) 2022 Juvenile Justice Emergency Planning Demonstration Program for Juvenile Justice Residential Facilities.
Objectives
- The objectives are to strengthen facility preparedness to maintain the efficient continuation of operations and reduce risk to the physical plant and ensure the safety and well-being of youth and staff in juvenile justice residential facilities.
Goals
- This program will support the development, improvement, and/or implementation of emergency planning activities for state, tribal, county, and local juvenile justice residential facilities.

- For purposes of this solicitation, “state” means any state of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
