The Norway Grant Programme is offering grants for travels and other bilateral activities to Norwegian entities interested in cooperation in Poland.
Aims
Each travel will include:
- A lump sum to cover flights and accommondation for one or two people
- Entrance to the trade fair
- Participation at the event organised in connection to the trade fair
- Matchmaking and meetings with partners in Poland at the event
Objectives
- The overall objective of the Travel Grants is to develop and strengthen bilateral cooperation between Polish and Norwegian entities through the organisation of trade missions to Norway and Poland encompassing the attendance in:
- selected trade fairs or conferences/congresses
- bilateral events (seminars, business mixers/matchmaking) organised by PARP in cooperation with Innovation Norway during the trade fairs or conferences/congresses,
- meetings with at least two different entities operating in the territory of the country where the particular trade fair or conference/congress takes place.
- Travel Grants are provided for travelling abroad to the Kingdom of Norway (Polish SMEs) or to the Republic of Poland (Norwegian entities) in order to seek and establish bilateral contacts and identify promising mutual business opportunities to be developed in the future.
Funding Information
- You can receive upto: €2000 per one trade mission
- One Beneficiary may receive support for the organisation of a maximum of two trade missions:
- a lump sum of €1800 per one trade mission to cover the cost of a business trip abroad,
- up to €200 per one trade mission to cover the actual cost of admission tickets to the trade fair or fees for participation in the conference/congress (for a maximum of two people).
Eligibility Criteria
- Norwegian legal entity that operates in the Kingdom of Norway as evidenced by an entry in the relevant register or another document issued by the competent authority of the Kingdom of Norway.
- Any public, private entities, commercial or non-commercial, as well as NGOs established as legal persons in Norway.
