The Bureau of International Narcotics-Law Enforcement (INL) Affairs of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to produce analysis and commentary products and convene experts for roundtable and public events.
Goals
- To quickly produce commentary and policy briefs on demand for developing issues in the Western Hemisphere based on current and evolving information.
- To convene private roundtable events with high-level stakeholders from the international and domestic community; multilateral and non-governmental organizations; subject matter experts; and the private sector to develop timely and responsive policy analysis products.
- To convene public and private events with high-level stakeholders from the international and domestic community; multilateral and non-governmental organizations; Congressional members and staff; subject matter experts; and the private sector to bring attention to issues of importance within the region.
- To effectively disseminate commentary and policy analysis products.
- To measure and evaluate the impact of publications and private and public events, and use that information to inform future activities.

- Application Floor: At least $250,000 U.S. Dollars

The following organizations are eligible to apply:
- U.S.-based non-profit/non-governmental organizations (NGOs);
