Expected Results
- Improved Health & Nutrition: Enhanced access to quality, inclusive, and gender-responsive primary healthcare and nutrition services for children, adolescents, and women.
- Inclusive Education: Safe, equitable, and uninterrupted learning opportunities, including skills development, for all children and adolescents.
- Child Protection Strengthened: Reduced violence, exploitation, abuse, and harmful practices through prevention and systems strengthening.
- Sustainable WASH Access: Climate-resilient water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services in schools, health centers, and communities.
- Expanded Social Protection: Shock-responsive and inclusive systems to reduce child poverty and support vulnerable families.
Call for Partnerships
- Through this Expression of Interest (EOI), UNICEF Libya seeks partners who can:
- Expand service delivery in child protection, education, health, WASH, and social protection.
- Enhance sustainability and localization by building local capacity and integrating interventions into national systems.
- Improve resilience and emergency preparedness, ensuring vulnerable children and families receive uninterrupted support.
- Promote community-driven solutions, fostering sustainability, inclusion, and child well-being.

- This EOI is open to NGOs and INGOs with a proven track record in:
- Child-centered programming and humanitarian response.
- Multi-sectoral interventions and long-term development work in Libya.
