Deadline: 24-Jun-22
Greenham Trust has launched the Peter Baker Foundation grants program in the United Kingdom.
Greenham Trust took assumed responsibility for the Peter Baker Foundation, a Newbury based charitable trust set up by successful local businessman Peter Baker in 1996 which has given £1.5 million to local charitable causes.
Purposes
- Charitable purposes which benefit inhabitants within a 20 mile radius of Newbury Market Place, Berkshire.
- To protect and preserve any buildings or features with special historical or architectural interest.
- To maintain village halls and other organisations providing facilities for recreation.
Funding Criteria
- Applications are unlikely to get 100% funding.
- Applications are more likely to be considered positively if applicants can demonstrate that they have already raised some funding towards the project.
- The Trust does not normally fund multiple projects from the same organisation in the same grant round.
Eligibility Criteria
- Peter Baker Foundation and Greenham Trust do not fund projects which have already taken place, therefore if you are seeking funding for a project/event which is due to take place in the Spring then you should apply for consideration in the Winter.
