The Southwark Council is pleased to launch its Positive Future For Young People Fund (PFYPF) which will award funding for activities for young people to take place between 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2024.
Aim: The aim of the Positive Future For Young People Fund is to ensure that providers offer activity programmes that are informed and shaped by what young people want.
Funding Information
The minimum award is £10,000 per annum (i.e. a minimum of £20,000 over 24 months of this programme). The maximum award is £30,000 per annum (i.e. a maximum of £60,000 over 24 months of the programme). Existing providers currently in receipt of grants are eligible to apply for funding.
Eligibility Criteria
- The Council can only accept applications from organisations that are constituted, limited, a registered charity or under any other legal structure for an organisation e.g. family centres, Community Interest Companies (CIC), Tenant & Resident Associations (TRAs).
- If you do not fit into one of these categories, you could approach a local organisation to enquire whether they could support your application.
The Council does not fund
- One off events
- Private or profit-making companies
- Capital expenditure
- Political activities
- Duplication of projects
- Items purchased/unspecified expenditure prior to grant application
- General maintenance/overheads of facilities
