The Rectory Foundation is pleased to announce its grant program for voluntary and community groups in and around the Buckinghamshire area.
The fund supports constituted voluntary or community groups working within the central Buckinghamshire area to help those most in need.
Priority Areas

Priority will be given to:
- Projects/groups that operate in, or benefit, the darkest blue area.
- Projects/groups that best align to their vision of; “thriving people and places in their local communities ” .
Funding Information
Grants of up to £5,000 are available.
What they can fund?
- Capital expenditure: such as equipment, building modifications
- Project costs associated with new, or the enhancement of existing, initiatives 'Core' running costs & expenditure
Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, groups (and projects) that apply for funding should clearly demonstrate why they meet the vision for “thriving people and places in their local communities”. Additionally, they must have one (or more) of the following areas of focus:
- Helping those most in need within the community, particularly those who are isolated or disadvantaged.
- The improvement of the local environment, accessible community areas or buildings, and green spaces.
- Registered charities, community groups, social enterprises, community interest companies (limited by guarantee) or other not for profit organizations which are based in, or operate for the benefit of, residents in the area. This includes parish & town councils where the activity is not sta tutory in nature. The groups must be formally constituted and operate for public benefit.
