The Mary Kay Ash Charitable Foundation is pleased to announce the Shelter Grant to support children and women impacted by domestic violence in Canada.
These grants will ensure that certified shelters and outreach programs have ample resources, and are equipped with the proper aid, to provide a safe space to those who need it most. The foundation wants to ensure that Mary Kay Canada is part of every initiative that gives vulnerable women and children a secure and safe roof over their heads.
Funding Information
- The Foundation will select 16 recipients, and each will then receive a $10,000 grant to put towards their goodwill programs.
Eligibility Criteria
Shelters and outreach programs across Canada can apply for the grant.
Application Checklist
Please ensure all requirements for the application are completed:
- Completed Application Form – please answer all questions listed on this application.
- Charitable Registration Number (CRN) – please ensure that the CRN is included in the Application Form, only shelters with a CRN will be reviewed and considered for a grant.
- Cover letter including how you plan to use the funds and any innovative programs that you may have – document must be uploaded.
- Current board-approved budget – document must be uploaded.
