Deadline: 13-Jul-20
If you’re a provider of a service for children and young people with special education needs and disabilities (SEND), the Devon Children and Families Partnership (DCFP) is inviting applications to its small grants scheme for financial support so that activities can run over the summer holiday.
The scheme provides funding to organisations who support children and young people (0-18) with SEND to access their local community and take part in activities alongside their friends. The scheme also covers funding for young carers to undertake activities with disabled siblings. The scheme is provided by Devon County Council and is in partnership with Parent Carer Forum Devon.
DCFP appreciate that accessing the local community will be more challenging during Covid-19, and therefore all activities must be conducted in line with government guidance.
