Steady Magazine announces Steady Grants Program

Steady Magazine is excited to announce the Steady Grants Program.

The Steady Grants Program is offered and administered by the Steady Media GmbH to offer 10 (ten) winners a grant of EUR 3,000 and 5 (five) winners a grant of EUR 5,000.

They retain the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify a participant or submission for any reason, including submissions that are incomplete, submissions that violate our community guidelines or submissions that do not adhere to these terms and conditions.

Funding Information
  • The ten (10) winners of the EUR 3,000 grant will receive EUR 3,000 or GBP 2,500 depending on their country of residence. The five (5) winners of the EUR 5,000 grant will receive EUR 5,000 or GBP 4,200 depending on their country of residence. The funds are not transferable.
Conditions of the Grant
  • The selected recipients will receive the money after they announce the launch of their membership program on Steady.
  • The winners are selected by an internal jury at Steady. In the selection process, our jury evaluates how successfully a project can be financed via its community and therefore can put the grant best to use.
  • The winners will be announced on Steady’s communication channels (including but not limited to Social Media, Steady Magazine, Newsletter and third party publications).
  • By accepting the funds, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable right to use your name, likeness, social media handles, and submission for purposes of advertising and promotions related to this program, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • All winners will have direct 1:1 support from one of our Consultants, who are supporting the recipients projects with their experience from working with more than 1.400 successful creators and publishers.
  • Recipients must write a short report after 6 months on how they used their respective grant to support their project. Steady is intending to share this story within its magazine to inspire other creators.
  • All prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, if any shall be the responsibility of winners.
  • We are not a charitable organization and will not be partnering with one in the dissemination of funds. The funds are not tax deductible.
  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify a winner and terminate the funds transfer if they violate any rules.
  • By submitting my personal information through the application, I agree that Steady Media GmbH can contact me by email and/or send me invitations to webinars and events, whitepapers and information about new or expanded offerings. I understand that I may revise or revoke my consent, and unsubscribe at any time.
  • By entering this program, you agree to release and hold us harmless from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the program and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any funds; (ii) technical failures of any kind, and (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the program or the processing of entries.
  • You hereby waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. You waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
  • Once the funding is exhausted, that’s it, so it pays to apply early.
Conditions of Entry
  • To enter the program and to have a chance at receiving a EUR 3,000 or EUR 5,000 grant, participants must fulfil the following conditions:
    • They must have a published Steady project.
    • They must promote their participation in the program on social media, tagging Steady in their Country of Residence.
Eligibility Criteria
  • The program is open to residents of the EU, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, who are over the age of 18 (“recipients” or “you”), and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contest is VOID where prohibited by law.
