- How the end user is included must be clearly stated in the Project Description under the heading End User. The most common is to think of the nurse, the hospital or the region as the customer. We want to encourage patients, users and relatives to be involved early on in innovation projects, regardless of whether it is about solutions in, for example, digital health or medicine, to ensure that the need and the solution match each other.
