The Evelyn Trust seeks to support medical research and health and well being projects in Cambridge shire which aims to benefit a broad range of Project. The Trust is increasingly interested in medical research and health and wellbeing projects that will deliver transformational change, especially demonstration or pilot projects. There are different guidelines for applicants and application forms for medical research projects and health and wellbeing projects. Applicants should choose the application process which best fits their project.
The Evelyn Trust supports the Cambridge Research Training Fellowship programme and there is a separate application process for this.
Funding Information
- Each year, they hope to make grants totaling between £500,000 and £1.5m.
- They also consider applications for any amount, up to about £250,000.
The Evelyn Trust awards medical grants for:
- Clinical research projects – Towards the cost of specific, planned and well managed medical research programmes especially for younger researchers or newly established researchers seeking to obtain their first funding.
- Medical support staff and teams to achieve a step-change in service – Towards the cost of medical/care teams and staff engaged in specific innovative, transformational programmes to provide medical and healthcare support to the public.
