The Greenham Trust is inviting applications for Community Grants Program from local charitable organisations for funding for a wide variety of good causes.
Applications are more likely to be considered positively if applicants can demonstrate that they have already raised some funding towards the project.

Funding Information
- The average grant size awarded is £1750.
- The maximum grant available is £30,000.
- Applications are unlikely to get 100% funding.
Ineligible Funding
- Projects in retrospect,
- Projects outside their area of operation (West Berkshire & specified ward areas in North Hampshire),
- Projects for items/refurbishment which are the responsibility of the Applicant’s landlord (The landlord should apply directly, if for charitable purposes),
- Projects for which statutory funding which has been withdrawn,
- Organisations applying for funds that will benefit one individual’s personal requirements,
- Projects submitted by individuals rather than organisations,
- General appeals or letters requesting donations; a full applications that follow their guidelines must be submitted,
- Feasibility Studies,
- Work considered a statutory responsibility,
- Organisations that do not have charitable aims,
- Projects that will bring in profit (funds cannot be claimed for items that will be sold to make a profit or break even),
- Commercial Companies,
- Payments for membership subscriptions,
- Provision of broadband for rural villages.
