The Community Foundation for Staffordshire is inviting applications from organisations for the Stafford Borough Council Small Grants to provide facilities or services for people in the geographical area covered by Stafford Borough Council.
Funding Information
You may apply for grants between £100 and £1,000.
Beneficiaries
- They Can Support: In order to qualify for a grant from this scheme your project must be supporting the following types of beneficiary:
- People resident in Stafford borough, including Stone and the surrounding villages
- People who are eligible to use locally provided services
- They will only fund up to 75% of the project costs
- They Cannot Support: This fund cannot support any organisation whose primary beneficiaries are
- Not resident in Stafford Borough
Geographic Reach
They will support organisations based in, or working for the benefit of people in the following local authority areas – Stafford.
Eligibility Criteria
The Foundation will support the following types of organisation:
- Constituted community groups
- Constituted voluntary groups
- Registered Charities
- Social Enterprises
Criteria
Your project must meet one of the following criteria:
- Benefit local residents
- Bring about a lasting benefit to your members or the wider community
- Help to increase your organisations sustainability or reach
- To support Covid-19 specific projects that support residents and communities who have been affected by the pandemic.
- To help communities celebrate the Queens Jubilee – The panel would like to see community-based celebrations taking part in June which will bring the community together the celebrate the weekend
