Deadline: 14-Oct-21
UNDP is calling for proposals for 16 Days of Activism to End Violence against Women and Girls under the global theme ‘Orange the World: End Violence against Women Now”.
Objectives
- To develop a sense of urgency in ad when reporting, acknowledging, dealing with, and sanctioning violence against women and girls.
- To address the stigmatisation and situation exacerbation that survivors of violence against women and girls face in the process of reporting and afterwards in their everyday life.
- Peer-to-peer nudging: Encourage people to “If you see something, do something. Don’t just stand by”.
- To advocate for zero tolerance policy for gender-based violence throughout the society (workplace, schools, public space etc…)
Deliverables
- Development of a creative concept for a kick-off of the Campaign and full event management.
- Creative illumination of the City Park (??????) location and/or an alternative location for which the agency believes would be more beneficial (more attractive and more engaging solution).
- Come up with a creative momentum for the main event to engage guests and for the remaining period for people passing through, as per COVID-19 protocols.
- Design and produce symbolic promotional materials that will be distributed at the event itself and throughout the campaign (Note: all promotional materials should be environmentally friendly).
- Full branding of the premises.
- Develop and implement a creative concept for community events (outside Skopje)
- The agency is expected to create and implement a concept for small level community events that will ensure translation of the national campaign concepts on local level and in direct community engaging setting.
- Develop and implement a creative 16 days social media concept.
- The agency is expected to develop content and to ensure administration of existing social media pages, as well as to propose other social media tools and channels which will further communicate the key messages of the campaign and its call for citizens’ engagement.
- Develop and implement a short term earned media strategy.
- The agency’s PR department is expected to implement effective media relations with all relevant national and local media, to ensure that as many media as possible “turn orange” on the 25th of November (for example: newspapers and portals to have an orange ribbon on their cover page, TV news presenters to wear an orange ribbon, etc.) and encourage the publishing of articles and reports to raise awareness on the topic.
