Innovation Minds (IM), based in Silicon Valley is announcing “Spring Forward 2022” grants for eligible Enterprises, Academic Institutions and NGO’s.
Innovation Minds Outreach team continuously research and identify potential Enterprises, Academic Institutions and NGO’s who may become eligible for the grant and will setup screening calls with Grant administrators. If both parties see synergies to move forward, the next steps will be discussed and pursued.
This grant provides AI and ML technology for 6 months and a 60-Day facilitated innovation sprint to tackle an organizational or community challenge.
The program supports both organizational and social innovation challenges, applying best practices in Silicon Valley Innovation to organizational improvements and social innovation.
Using a 60-Day Innovation Sprint model, The IM team provides technology and facilitation of the Sprints to tackle both capacity and organizational challenges of non-profits. Challenges eligible for the grant program range from employee experience of the NGO and hybrid work to tackling social impact areas of health and wellbeing, environment, community and capacity building, diversity and inclusion, and education.
In addition to solution finding via product development, the 2022 Spring Forward Innovation grant focuses on creating the innovation muscle of the organization through training and certification of the cohort in creative problem solving and innovation practices.

- The grant, valued at $50,000, has been made possible through Innovation Minds partnership and research with UC Davis AI Society and UC Berkley AI Society.
Eligibility Criteria
- Institutions of higher education (IHEs), NGOs, and Enterprises having an employee size within 10k, headquartered at US are eligible.
- Exceptions are made on case-bycase basis subject to grantor’s approval.
