Visa & IFundWomen are committed to supporting women entrepreneurs across the globe through access to the capital and connections they need to grow successful businesses.
Visa and IFundWomen have awarded over a quarter-million dollars in grants to women-owned businesses in 2020. Now, they are proud to continue their mission on a global scale and fund women entrepreneurs in India through this grant program.
Funding Information
- Through this latest initiative, Visa and IFundWomen will award three (3) Rs. 700,000 grants to outstanding e-commerce small businesses in India.
- Entrepreneurs that apply to this program now have the opportunity to access benefits worth Rs. 8200 from Instamojo! This offer includes:
- 3 months of complimentary services such as an online website for business
- Accepting Visa payments from customers
- And more!
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a legal resident of India
- Must be an Indian Citizen
- Must be a business run or substantially owned by a woman in India
- Must have annual revenue of Rs. 1,000,000 or more (~ $13,646)
- Must be a business that has a product or service in the market and generating revenue
- Must have an e-commerce presence (selling on a digital platform like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, etc.)
- Must have commercial operations for more than one (1) year.
Application Process
- Applications will be accepted through 21 October 2020, 11:59 pm IST.
- This application will take you approximately 20 minutes to fill out. Within this application, you will be asked to provide imagery and a 60-sec video that tells us more about your business.
- Your video must be provided in the form of a link (Vimeo, YouTube, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.). Please have these assets and video link at the ready before starting your application.
