Applications are now open for the Women and Girls Fund of Waukesha County (WGF) Grant Program. Each year, the Women and Girls Fund of Waukesha County (WGF) awards grants to local nonprofit agencies to support projects and programs that promote women and girls of all ages. Since its inception, the Fund has granted nearly $900,000 to county-wide nonprofit organizations.
Focus Areas
Focus areas include:
- Health;
- Education;
- well-being; and
- Empowerment.
Funding Information
- Program/project grant request can be submitted for up to $15,000.
- Organizations may submit more than one program/project for consideration. A separate letter of intent must be submitted for each program/project.
Eligibility Criteria
- All 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations providing significant programs to benefit women and girls in Waukesha County.
Grant Timeline
- Letters of intent are due Friday, January 15, 2021, by 4:00 p.m.to them.
- The Women and Girls Fund of Waukesha County Board of Directors will review all letters of intent and notify organizations if the program/project has or has not been selected to submit a full proposal.
- Organizations will be notified of the Women and Girls Fund decision by Monday, February 1, 2021.
- Organizations invited to submit a full proposal for the selected program/project will be provided with a list of required documents for submission.
- Full proposals are due Monday, March 1, 2021, by 4:00 p.m.
