PPMN in collaboration with the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Indonesia is proud to host a Media Management and Leadership Training for Female Journalists.
They invite Indonesian female journalists to join the program to produce aspiring media leaders to create media that promote gender justice.
Eligibility Criteria
- Female journalists working in radio, television, print or online media;
- Holds a minimum position as editor / editor / producer in the mass media (minimum 5 years of journalistic work experience)
- Willing to attend training and run leadership programs in their respective media
- Mastering MS.Office, innovative and hardworking;
- Have a commitment to empowering women
Training Conditions
- The training will be held for 5 weeks, consisting of 5 online class meetings, every Saturday. The total duration of online class lessons is 2 hours for each meeting using the Zoom platform. For coordination through Whatsapp Group and for task collection using Google Drive.
- In addition to learning through online classes and assignments, there will also be assistance to participants to find potential for self-development related to media leadership management. Mentoring will be carried out once in groups outside of online learning hours.
