As part of the GEI, Asian-Pacific Resource & Research Centre for Women (ARROW) is organising training workshops for media practitioners, journalists, social media influencers and individuals working in communications to raise awareness among the public on the issue of gender equality in Malaysia.
ARROW will be holding three workshops, please indicate which one you would prefer to attend in the attached form.
Dates of the Workshop
- Media Practitioners (English): 11th – 13th February 2022
- Media Practitioners (Malay): 18th – 20th February 2022
- Social Media Influencers + Communications Students (English): 25th – 27th February 2022
Eligibility Criteria
Apply if you are:
- Media Practitioners, journalists, social media influencers, and/or individuals working in the media and communications field residing in Malaysia.
- Passionate about human rights.
- Comfortable reading, writing and speaking in English / Malay (there will be options for individuals to choose the dates to attend the workshop either in English/Bahasa);
As this will be a 2.5 day workshop, accommodation and meals will be provided.
