Deadline: 15-Sep-22
The Product Development and Management Program for Newsrooms is now accepting applications for journalists in the Asia-Pacific region.
This international, online, tuition-free program trains journalists from small newsrooms in digital transformation through product thinking. It is offered by the J+ division of the Newmark J-School, the News Product Alliance, and the Google News Initiative.
This training is designed for journalists and staff inside small to midsize local newsrooms, who have little or no experience with product development and management but who are interested in taking a product approach to better serving the information needs of their audiences and finding new paths toward sustainability.
The program consists of weekly online training sessions led by product leaders from around the world covering every phase of product development and management in a news setting. It is designed for journalists in small to midsize local news organizations with an interest in taking a product approach to better serve their audiences and find new paths to sustainability.
