The Carlsberg Foundation is pleased to invite applications for its Digital Research Infrastructure to provide funding for the procurement or establishment of digital infrastructure for addressing key scientific questions in the field, that could not be addressed otherwise.
While the foundation encourages interdisciplinary research, there must be a strong humanities or social sciences aspect. It is only possible to apply for funding for the procurement or establishment of digital infrastructure:
- Procurement of register data
- Access to databases
- Establishing databases and text corpora
Funding Information
- The minimum amount that can be applied for is DKK 300,000. There is no maximum amount.
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a tenured associate professor, senior researcher or professor.
- The applicant must be employed at a level equivalent to at least 80 % effort at one or more Danish research institutions throughout the grant period.
Application Requirements
- The application must be written in English.
- Applications that do not meet the specified formal requirements will not be considered for assessment and will be rejected on administrative grounds.

- Description of other Danish research groups utilising the Digital Infrastructure
