Deadline: 11-Jul-2025
The Petro-Canada CareMakers Foundation National Grant Program is designed to drive meaningful change in the lives of family caregivers across Canada. It supports projects that address the systemic challenges caregivers face and aims to improve their overall experience.
The program funds initiatives that highlight these challenges through research and thought leadership. It also backs efforts that offer new insights, propose innovative solutions, and create practical tools or resources for caregivers.
Grants are available annually as single-year funding, with a maximum value of $300,000 per project. To qualify, applicants must be registered Canadian charities that focus primarily on supporting family caregivers. They must also demonstrate the capacity to deliver work that is relevant and applicable across diverse care partner communities nationwide.
Applications will not be considered for advertising, professional sports teams, endowment funds, fundraising events, or religious purposes unless the services are secular and inclusive. The program also does not fund sponsorships or support for specific individuals, families, or caregivers.
