Applications are now open for the Bridgestone Mobility Social Impact Award to recognize and promote sustainable mobility innovations that employ enterprising technologies and solutions for social advancement.
Bridgestone offers a diverse portfolio of premium tyres, tyre technologies and advanced mobility solutions.
The company’s vision is to provide social and customer value as a sustainable solutions company.
This award is intended to promote Bridgestone’s commitment to advance the cause of safe and sustainable mobility for all.
The awards serve three purposes:
- Recognize the efforts: Recognize and promote best practices on innovation and use of Mobility solutions as a tool for social advancement.
- Providing Networking Opportunities: Increased engagement with stakeholders and key players in the Mobility space.
- Amplifying the reach: Identify, appreciate, and recognize solutions and initiatives towards improving and enhancing mobility solutions contributing to SDGs.
Award Information
- Three top projects will be awarded.
- The winner and runners-up will be awarded a citation and a trophy.
- The winning initiatives undertaken by the NGOs will be considered for a cash award (10 lakhs under each category) for some upgradation of the initiative submitted. This will be totally based on the merit of the proposed plan of action.-
- All finalists will receive a Certificate of Appreciation.
Eligibility Criteria
- NGOs, not for profit entities can submit their relevant ongoing initiatives.
- A minimum of three years’ experience required for an organization to apply.
- Only organizations/entities registered in India are allowed to participate.
Terms & Conditions
- There is no fees for applying for the Award
- One can not apply for more than one initiative/project in the same Award cycle
- Only participants who are shortlisted for the final round will be provided with a certificate of appreciation. There will be no certificates of participation.
- Bridgestone Mobility Social Impact Award is organized by CSR department of Bridgestone India Limited which is also the Secretariat for the Award.
- By submitting an application, participants represent and warrant that the information included in the application is true and accurate.
- Applications will only be accepted through the submission of an online form.
- The organizing team reserves the right to request documentary proof of critical information furnished by the contestants regarding their initiative, program or project.
- Any misrepresentation of facts will lead to automatic disqualification from the contest
- Finalists must be part of the final jury presentation round.
- The organizing team is not responsible for any liabilities or losses arising out of, or due to, participation in the competition.
- The decision of the jury will be final.
- Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Pune alone.

- Creativity of the idea
- Sustainability of the Project
- Scalability of the idea
- Case studies.
