Deadline: 14-Oct-2025
The Marshalls Good Stuff Accelerator Program is a year-long virtual initiative designed to support 40 women in making meaningful progress toward their personal or professional goals.
The program focuses on turning connection into valuable community, feeling financially empowered, embracing your self-worth, and showing up with confidence.
Back for its second year, the program is developed in partnership with Luminary and offers curated sessions, peer accountability, and practical support. It is designed to help women take action and move forward in their lives, whether they are students, mothers, business owners, professionals, or navigating personal transitions.
The 2026 program will provide a cohort of 40 women with one year of live virtual sessions led by experts and role models. It also includes six peer coaching sessions via Luminary Cru groups, designed to encourage accountability and shared support. A one-time $5,000 grant will help participants invest directly in their chosen goal.
The curriculum begins in January 2026 with a 60-minute Kick-Off Event, followed by the Cru Inception Gathering in April 2026, and continues with expert sessions and monthly Cru peer mentorship meetings. Participants will also receive access to Luminary Collective PLUS Membership, offering over 25 monthly virtual events, digital resources, and nationwide partner spaces.
A key part of the experience is the Luminary Cru, a small accountability group of 4–5 participants guided by a trained facilitator. These groups foster peer coaching, support, and long-term connections, which many previous participants cited as the highlight of their journey.
Eligibility is open to women across all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Applications are open until October 14, 2025, and selected participants will be notified between November 20 and December 11, 2025. The program officially begins in January 2026 and runs through December 2026.
