The French Embassy is offering 2 scholarships for an online training programme provided by the prestigious French school of civil servants, Institut National du Service Public (INSP, ex-ENA). These scholarships will cover the registration fees (760 euros/participant).
In this context, the online course will offer female leaders from ASEAN countries a range of classes on leadership, its nature, its transformative power and its strategy to strengthen women’s positions in professional environments.
To serve this purpose, a focus on themes related to today’s global issues such as environmental questions and the digitalization of society may be included.
Objectives
- Explore the definition of leadership, the qualities and skills it requires and the responsibilities it entices
- Discuss the specific paths women take to leadership, the hindrances and resistance they are faced with while holding positions of authority
- Study the dynamics of decision-making
- Open a dialogue between female leaders from various sectors across ASEAN countries
