Deadline: 31-Dec-20
The British High Commission in Yaounde is therefore pleased to launch a call for proposals for the 2020/2021 International Programme Fund (IPF) to support women, peace and security priorities in Cameroon.
The IPF will provide funding to project(s) that promote women’s full, effective and meaningful participation in conflict resolution, peacebuilding and countering violent extremism.
The United Nations Security Council adopted Resolution (UNSCR) 1325 on Women, Peace and Security (WPS) in October 2000. The WPS agenda recognises the disproportionate impact of conflict on women and girls and the important role women can and do play in the conflict cycle from prevention to conflict resolution.
