- Participate in regular meetings with the institutions promoting the Spotlight initiative and the Provincial Council of Women and Equal Opportunities of the province of Jujuy to jointly define the work schedule and survey the needs and interests for the hiring process.
- Review documentation in the areas of the Provincial Council for Women and Equality of Opportunities. Generate an information collection instrument from a intersectional perspective that allows to reveal: attention modality, criteria of intervention, general information at the central level of the authorities and those responsible for each area.
- Review documentation of the decentralized services of the Council from a intersectional perspective (Comprehensive Attention Centers for gender violence): Generate an information gathering instrument that allows to reveal: modality of care, intervention criteria, relationship with other community actors
- Review documentation from eight selected ministerial areas and the Judiciary from an intersectional perspective. Generate a collection instrument information that incorporates an intersectional perspective that allows to reveal: modality of care, intervention criteria, general information at the central level of the authorities and those responsible for the administration that execute policies related to the care of women and non-binary gender identities.
- Survey and diagnose circuits of care for women and gender identities not binaries from an intersectional perspective at the provincial level.
- Establish quality standards in Council services and services decentralized in the care of women and non-binary gender identities in situation of gender violence from an intersectional perspective.
- Develop a general care circuit made up of a set of procedures and with all the dependencies of the public administration incorporating the perspective of intersectionality.
- Design inter-ministerial protocols that define a joint action including the intersectionality perspective.
- Prepare didactic material and friendly guides to the circuits and procedures for train all the agents of the administration and the community on attention to women and non-binary gender identities on gender violence from an intersectional perspective.
- Design of a training for the provincial public administration on circuits and procedures for the care of women and non-binary gender identities from an intersectional perspective.
- Provide the inputs required by the Initiative Communication Specialist Spotlight: The actions carried out within the framework of the Spotlight Initiative should contemplate the communication guidelines of the Initiative, according to the Global Guide and the Communication Protocol defined in Argentina. For this reason, the presence and visibility of the Spotlight Initiative logo (through banners and other visibility materials, such as folders and letterheads). The Specialist in Spotlight Initiative Communication will be responsible for providing the guidelines specific and support the development of communication actions in the framework of the consulting, such as the generation of audiovisual material for activities developed. For this reason, you must coordinate with him to comply with this request.
- Provide the inputs required by the Spotlight Initiative M&E Specialist: Actions carried out within the framework of the Spotlight Initiative should generate information that contributes to its M&E strategy. The Initiative M&E Specialist Spotlight will be responsible for providing specific guidelines and defining the instruments for registration for the actions developed within the framework of this consultancy. For this, the consultants will coordinate with the Specialist to comply with this requirement.
