The 3rd year of the Social Impact Award (SIA) Program, which has been supporting young people under the age of 30 in social impact entrepreneurship in more than 20 countries for 12 years , begins under the umbrella of Impact Hub Istanbul and with the partnership of Anadolu Efes !
The program, which will start with the social entrepreneurship and meeting with SIA event on May 5th, will continue with Problem Discovery and Business Model workshops on 8-9 May. Regardless of your interest, knowledge or age about social entrepreneurship, you can register for these events.
8 finalist teams selected by jury voting among the applications made to the Incubation Program ; It will complete the intensive incubation period with special workshops , mentoring and networking support. 3 initiatives selected after the Jury Day presentations to be held in October will be awarded with the Social Impact Award, and the winners from all SIA countries will have the chance to meet at the SIA Summit 2021 !
SIA believes that the entrepreneurship process is an ideal tool for young people and students to unlock this potential. The journey to create a social enterprise helps students meet their creative abilities and desire to create a better society. It also invites them to play an active role as citizens, to get in touch with reality, to jointly articulate and test viable solutions to social challenges.
Being involved in this process in a supportive environment provides students with a transformative learning experience. This experience; It includes important topics such as social entrepreneurship tools, concepts and application, teamwork and most importantly the development of capacity to create positive impact.

- All team members of initiatives applying to the program must be born between January 1, 1991 and December 31, 2006.
- Less than one team member from the enterprises applying to the program must have a residence in Turkey
- Applicants must not have previously participated in the SIA incubation process with the same mind or won a SIA award.
- The project idea must not have received funding or generated income before January 1, 2020.
