RYCO is launching an open call for participation in the capacity building training in the areas of intercultural dialogue and online youth work in the Western Balkans. The call is open for less experienced representatives of civil society organizations from Kosovo. The training is supported by the OSCE Mission in Kosovo.
The training aims to improve the abilities of organizations to identify challenges in the local communities and beyond, to prepare and write project proposals in the area of intercultural dialogue, online youth work, regional cooperation and youth reconciliation through youth exchange programs.
The overall purpose of the training is to enhance the knowledge and skills of organizations on intercultural dialogue, while adhering to the principles of inclusive youth participation, and online implementation of youth activities using digital means, as well as to prepare project proposals independently and successfully.
Training Dates
- Module One: September 25 and September 28;
- Module Two: September 30;
- Module Three: October 1 and 2.

Duration: 5 days, 2 hours a day
Eligibility Criteria
The training is intended exclusively for representatives of organizations in Kosovo with no or limited experience in the preparation and writing of project proposals and their implementation. Civil society organization representatives who are eligible to apply include:
- All those planning to prepare/write a project proposal within their organizations;
- All those who shall fully attend the training;
- All those who have so far not implemented any regional projects;
- All those who so far have not had RYCO-funded projects;
- All those who have previously applied to RYCO calls, but have not been awarded any grants.
