The United Nations Development Programme and the Sabancı Foundation have launched the second phase of the “Young Women Building Their Future” project with the start of the Mentorship Programme.
This initiative aims to support NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) women aged 18–35 in Türkiye by connecting them with experienced women professionals from various sectors. The goal is to encourage these young women’s participation in working life and to support their personal and professional development.
The project has made a significant impact, with an estimated annual social benefit valued at TRY45,000,000.
Women who have progressed in their careers and wish to become mentors are encouraged to apply. NEET young women looking for guidance and mentorship in shaping their careers and personal growth can also participate in the programme.
