The Gucci Equilibrium is inviting applications for Gucci Changemakers North America Impact Fund.
Gucci created the fund to accelerate positive social change in diverse communities by supporting grass-roots organizations that are making a local impact.
The fund provides preference to organizations led by diverse leaders. Gucci Changemakers will assist applicants focused on critical social impact areas, including social justice and equity, arts and culture; health equity and wellness; and education. In addition, they highly encourage organizations focusing on reducing gun violence, increasing access to voting, and supporting individuals with disabilities to apply.
The Impact Fund will grant funding to community-based 501(c)(3) organizations across the 12 Changemakers focus cities for up to $1 million in grants.
Funding Information
- Grants for each awarded organization will be for $50,000 and are for a one-year funding cycle beginning in the summer of 2023.
Eligibility Criteria
- Gucci is committed to accelerating positive social change in diverse communities by supporting grassroots organizations creating local impact.
- The Gucci Changemakers Impact Fund seeks diverse social change entrepreneurs leading impactful community-based non-profit organizations that are reimagining social, cultural, health, and economic systems that impact the lives of marginalized communities.
- Through the Changemakers Impact Fund, they hope to continue to uplift the stories and impact of community-based organizations across their twelve Changemakers cities in North America: Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Washington D.C., Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Toronto.
- If you are a diverse leader of a non-profit organization focused on education, arts & culture, social justice, and/or health equity & wellness they hope that you will register your organization and project.
- Please note that if your grant proposal is selected for funding, the payment of any grant funds is conditioned upon your organization (and, if applicable, your fiscal sponsor) entering into Gucci’s form of Grant Agreement.
