The Prince Claus Fund is seeking applications for the Network Partnership Grant from cultural organisations operating in countries listed below.
The Fund and its Partners work together from the conceptualisation of the partnership to the execution and implementation of its projects. It is a partnership which goes beyond financial support, and thrives on the creative ideas and dialogue generated between the Fund and its Partners.
The Network Partnership Grants are provided exclusively to cultural organisations for a period of 3 years.
Objectives
- set up a Global Network which supports local activities of these cultural organisations working on freedom of expression; and enables them to facilitate regular exchange, cooperation and knowledge sharing with other like-minded organisations from other parts of the world working on similar issues within the Network Partnership;
- enable sustainability (sustainable infrastructural capabilities) of these cultural organisations through financial support and through connecting them to a wider network of the Fund, thus optimizing their work, outreach and impact in the regions of operation;
- enable new local cultural initiatives that generate participation and empower local communities to express themselves.
Components
The Network Partnership Grant has two main components:
- The development of a three-year Network Partnership Proposal Plan of Activities
- Partaking in the Prince Claus Fund Network Partnership Annual Meeting
Funding Information
The Network Partnership Grant is a total funding of 50,000 EUR, to be distributed over 3 years.
Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible candidates are cultural/arts organisations that are working in the field of culture and development and are based in, Latin America, the Caribbean and Eastern Europe applications from public institutions will not be accepted. (Please note that only countries from these regions listed in the DAC List will be eligible to apply for this grant).
- Applying organisations must have at least 5 years work experience and a proven track record of the functioning of the organization (through annual reports and/or auditor statements).

- The Caribbean: Antigua and Barbuda, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
- Eastern Europe: Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia.
