The United States Government, as represented by the United States Agency for International Development in Ethiopia (USAID/Ethiopia) is seeking applications from qualified and eligible organizations for a five-year activity to:
- increase the availability and accessibility of high quality, comprehensive HIV prevention, care, and treatment services for key and priority populations in select priority geographic areas to advance the Ethiopia’s goal of achieving the UNAIDS 90-90-90 targets and reach epidemic control; and
- strengthen the enabling environment to facilitate access to comprehensive HIV services for key and priority populations and improve evidence-based decision-making through planning, monitoring, and evaluation.

Eligibility Criteria
- There are no restrictions on eligibility for this program.
- Qualified applicants may be any U.S. or non-U.S. organization, individual, non-profit, or for-profit entity. Faith-based and community organizations that fit the criteria are also eligible to apply.
- In support of the Agency‘s interest in fostering a larger assistance base and expanding the number and sustainability of development partners, USAID/Ethiopia welcomes applications from potential new implementing partners which have not previously received financial assistance from USAID.
- Applicants must have established financial management, monitoring and evaluation processes, internal control systems, and policies and procedures that comply with established U.S. Government standards, laws, and regulations.
- The Recipient must be a responsible entity.
